As President and CEO, Dave oversees all WMG business and manufacturing operations. Dave is also a Director and board member of Automobility Enterprises. Dave started with WMG as the General Manager of the Tooling Division, then COO across all WMG operations and divisions, and currently holds the role of President and CEO. Dave is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
As Chief Financial Officer, Peter is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, tax, treasury, compliance, corporate finance and investor relations. He also oversees the company’s philanthropic endeavors. His career spans more than 24 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree with a major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Windsor and is a member in good standing with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Illinois.
Matt oversees all tooling division manufacturing locations, as well as our divisional corporate functions. In addition, Matt is responsible for IT operations across the Windsor Mold Group. Matt is a dynamic and strategic leader who has held senior level roles at both the plant and corporate levels of several large automotive and aerospace manufacturing companies.
