The Molded Products Division of WMG Technologies is currently seeking candidates for a Planning & Development Manager. Molded Products is a full service supplier of interior and exterior injection molded plastic components and assemblies, providing innovative solutions for automotive plastics applications to original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and issuing of New Business Notification documents for all new programs awarded to the Molded Products plants.
  • Updating / maintaining of 5 Yr. Forecasting information for all Molded Products plants
  • Updating of Machine Load information for all Molded Products plants
  • Updating / maintaining of Monthly Volume information in support of budgeting process.
  • Responding to all customer capacity planning requests (Ford, Visteon etc.)
  • Coordination and preparation of Capital Budget information for all Molded Products plants in support of the Accounting Department.
  • Business Manager – Assist in presentations to customers at Technical Reviews
  • Market Intelligence – CSM / Wards / PWC Autofacts etc.
  • Preparation of all timelines, coordination of procurement and items related to the implementation of new Molded Products facilities (as required).
  • Cost Savings (assist as required)
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Divisional Sales Manager / General Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree and / or 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
